Tulsa voters will also decide on a $918 million capital improvements ‘Improve Our Tulsa' proposal.

Officials say the ‘Improve Our Tulsa' proposal would not raise the city's sales tax, but would increase property tax for one year, in 2019.  The proposal is actually two separate propositions on the ballot; a bond proposal and an extension of the sales tax.
