Judge Denies Motion To Delay Trial Against Former OK Senator

A judge denies a motion to delay the trial of former state Senator Debbe Leftwich.

According to court documents, Leftwich wanted her case delayed because of publicity surrounding the conviction of Randy Terrill.

You may remember, Randy Terrill was convicted last month of bribing Leftwich into not running for re-election.

His formal sentencing is set for December 5.
