Jenks Marches In Christmas Spirit With Annual Parade

Nothing says Christmas quite like a hometown parade. Jenks got its in early with the annual Kiwanis Club-sponsored event.

Kids, candy and Christmas carols made their way down Main Street on a chilly Saturday morning. News On 6 WARN Team meteorologists Travis Meyer, Dick Faurot, Alan Crone and Mike Grogan were on hand give a News On 6 Merry Christmas.

Before the parade, marchers and spectators could fuel up at the Lion's Club Pancake Breakfast held at Jenks City Hall.

Proceeds were donated to the Jenks Food Pantry to help feed needy families.
