Two Children Hurt In School Bus Accident Near Tecumseh

TECUMSEH, Oklahoma -

Two children have been transported to a hospital with minor injuries following a school bus crash about five miles west of Tecumseh.

A car and Tecumseh Public Schools bus collided around 8:15 a.m. near Highway 9 and Bethel Road. The 60-year-old male driver of the car complained of neck pain and was transported to the hospital. Two children on the bus were also taken to a hospital with minor injuries.

Police have not said how old the children are or which school they were headed to.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol is investigating the crash. It's not known yet how it happened.
