Gluten Free Donut Bread Pudding

2 packages Cinnamon Sugar Gluten Free Donuts, cut into chunks*

4 eggs, beaten*

2 cups half and half or Braum's Egg Nog

1/3 sugar*

1 tablespoon vanilla or vanilla paste

Caramel sauce*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 8 inch casserole pan with non stick cooking spray. Place donut pieces in the baking dish. In a medium sized bowl whisk together the eggs, half and half, sugar and vanilla. Pour the cream mixture over the top of the donut pieces. Allow to sit 15 minutes. Place into hot oven and bake for 40-45 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel sauce.
