Thursday night a warm front will lift north through Oklahoma, which will actually cause our temperatures to rise after midnight. Lows will be in the mid and upper 30s keeping most of the state above freezing. More dense fog is expected tonight across Oklahoma along with patchy drizzle.

Early Friday morning, rain will begin to develop and move from west to east. Heaviest rain will be east of I-35 with only drizzle to light rain expected in the west. The west side of the OKC Metro will likely pick up only a trace of rain while the east side may see up to a couple tenths of an inch. Far southeast parts of the state will receive close to an inch of rain by the time the system exits.

Rain will be pushing out of central Oklahoma by noon, and will exit the state late Friday evening.

Highs on Friday will climb into the mid and upper 50s. The weekend still looks beautiful with upper 50s expected Saturday followed by mid 60s on Sunday.
