MOORE, Oklahoma -

An arrest warrant has been issued for a former Christian school teacher accused of having sex with a 13-year-old student.

Gregory Saul was arrested back in February 2012. He has been out on bond while he waits for his trial. The problem is nobody, not even his bondsman, seems to know where he is.

Saul is facing a total of 18 felony counts for rape, sodomy, and indecent proposals to a child; all for a relationship he reportedly had with a female student at Moore Christian Schools.

Court documents revealed the two had sex in his truck, at a business, in the classroom, and at a southwest OKC home he listed as his last known address. News 9 went by that home, but nobody answered the door and it appears another person now lives there.

But we checked with his bondsman, and he says this is the address he has listed. Although his former attorney says it is not. Saul was supposed to make a court appearance in Cleveland County court on Jan. 8, but he never showed.

Saul has been out on a $75,000 bond, and was supposed to follow certain conditions like staying in town, attending court, and not contacting any of the witnesses or victim in this case. But that was it.

"In this case, there was not electronic monitoring ordered by the judge, said Cleveland County District Attorney Greg Mashburn. "I'm not sure that even came up with discussions with the court."

Mashburn says electronic monitoring would not have made a difference in this case, since many people have actually cut them off, Mashburn says he had hoped the high bond would keep Saul in place. Now a judge has ordered a $250,000 bond in hopes of getting him back in jail.

Court documents state Saul had told his young victim that he wanted to marry her and run away to Mexico together. Now the question is, is he still in the state? Or even the country?

We know a court date had not yet been set yet for Saul's trial. His former attorney Jack Pointer tells News 9 he removed himself from the case in December and does not know of another attorney has signed on to represent Saul.
