There was a roar from the crowd even before Saturday's OSU-Baylor game. It occurred when 9-year-old Trevor Storie made the final basket during what is known as "Swish Day" at OSU.

Trevor, whose family lives in Shawnee, was one of four young cancer patients who raised $2,500 by shooting baskets before the game.

News 9 first told you about Trevor last month. He was diagnosed in December with prostate cancer. He's already been through two surgeries and several doses of chemotherapy.

Trevor's mother, Zona, says he has 36 weeks of more treatments. The family wants everyone to know how grateful they are for the outpouring of support.

On Saturday, a large basketball fundraiser was held in at a school in Shawnee, and the Chili's restaurant in Shawnee has also already held a fundraiser for Trevor.
