KREBS, Oklahoma -

According to reports by the McAlester Police Department, several counterfeit $100 and $20 bills were circulating in the city.

After enough evidence was gathered through an investigation, authorities were able to get a search warrant and bust the sophisticated counterfeit operation in Krebs.

During the search authorities reportedly seized computers, printers and ink, they said were used to put the counterfeit money on the streets.

Investigators also reportedly seized two guns, two vehicles, drugs, and just over $10,000 of real money.

Officials arrested two men from the house, convicted felons Eddie Brown and John Anderson. Both were arrested and taken to the Pittsburg County Jail.

Brown is being held on a $500,000 bond for possession of firearms after felony conviction, possession of firearm wile in commission of a felony, conspiracy to commit forgery, possession of forged instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled/dangerous substance.

Anderson is being held on a $150,000 bond for possession of a fire arm after a felony conviction, possession of controlled/dangerous substance and paraphernalia.

Both Brown and Anderson were arraigned at 2 p.m. Monday. Officials say the investigation is ongoing and more arrests are expected to be made.
