An Oklahoma City man who is on the run from deputies is now facing even more charges.

Investigators believe the same man who led Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies on a chase, Wednesday morning, also robbed, kidnapped and beat up a former coworker.

Hisaw is now accused of breaking into a fence business in the 400 block of SE 52nd St. and hospitalizing his former coworker because he beat him so badly.

Court documents stated the victim said Hisaw blinded him with a flashlight, punched him in the face, got him down on the ground, hogtied him and then covered his head with a blanket.

The victim said "he couldn't see the suspect, but he recognized the man's voice as belonging to Jesse Hisaw."

He said the suspect casually whistled as he stole his belongings, which further confirmed that Hisaw was the suspect. The victim said Hisaw frequently whistled as they were working together in a raspy manner and through his teeth.

The victim spent four days in the hospital with a collapsed lung after the beating.

Hisaw's rap sheet is filled with burglary, drug and gun cases dating back to 1986. He was last seen near I-40 and Post Road after he crashed his truck on Wednesday as a result of the pursuit.
