A 3.3 magnitude earthquake rumbled near Ponca City, Wednesday evening.

The earthquake was recorded around 6:20 p.m. 17 miles south of Ponca City, or about 71 miles north northeast of the Oklahoma City metro, at a depth of approximately two miles.

Two other earthquakes were recorded by the United States Geological Survey (USGS) on Wednesday.

The first was recorded around 1:30 p.m. with a magnitude of 3.4. Its epicenter was located near the Garfield-Grant county line about 17 miles northeast of Enid. The second quake was a 3.2 magnitude, centered about 13 miles northeast of Enid at about 1:45 p.m.

No damage or injuries have been reported with any of Wednesday's earthquakes.

According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes of 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans.
