A man faces new charges in a crash that killed a Broken Arrow couple in July. Prosecutors say Timothy Gordineer was drunk when his SUV hit Kenneth Gray and Jacquelyn Waid on their motorcycle.

Troopers say the Timothy Gordineer, 47, was driving a sport utility vehicle when he went off the road and overcorrected into oncoming traffic.

The SUV hit a motorcycle head-on. The two people riding the motorcycle -- Kenneth Gray, 64, and Jacquelyn Waid, 52 -- died at the scene.

Gordineer also had a 7-year-old girl in the SUV with him. He faces charges of manslaughter and DWI.
