TULSA, Oklahoma -

Because of two snow days earlier this week, Tulsa Public Schools says it will be adding minutes to each school day during the month of April.

TPS also will use a parent-teacher conference day that was scheduled for March 14, and it will cancel an early-release day on April 4.

The district says it will be adding 12 minutes to school day in April to make up the 400 minutes missed because of the extra snow days this month.
