Muskogee Police Issue Silver Alert For Missing Man

MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma -

Muskogee Police have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 87-year-old man. Lee Phipps was last seen at about 3:30 p.m. Monday near Chandler Road and the Muskogee Turnpike.

Phipps has been diagnosed with dementia, according to Corporal Michael Mahan, Muskogee Police Department.

He is 5'7" tall and 175 pounds, bald with blue eyes. He was wearing olive-colored pants, a brown multicolored shirt, beige jacket and leather shoes. Phipps is driving a 2006 gray Dodge Dakota pickup with Oklahoma tags 541-EOL.
