An Oklahoma City man is not only reeling from his home being burglarized, but he also lost his dog.

Doug Beil said he was out on a work-related service call on the afternoon of February 10, 2014 when someone kicked in his front door.

Beil said the intruder or intruders stole a bunch of stuff and chased his dog named "Buddy" from the house.

Buddy looks like a golden retriever mix. Several volunteers, including a professional tracker from Nebraska, have been looking for Buddy.

Two weeks ago, they tracked him to a concrete culvert at 44th and Penn. Beil said he's running out of hope in finding his dog.

"It's terrible," said Beil. "You go to work and try to make a living, and then somebody breaks in and they turn the inside of my house upside down."

If you see Buddy, please call 405-245-8054.
