Firefighters Respond To Tulsa House Fire

Tulsa firefighters battled a house fire in the 1000 block of West Archer just before 9:30 a.m. Saturday. The area is just a few blocks west of the BOK Center.

Thick black and gray smoke billowed from the North Tulsa home which firefighters say was vacant with no utilities hooked up.

Tulsa Mayor Dewey Bartlett showed up on scene to watch crews extinguish the blaze.
