Crews Put Out Grass Fires In Oklahoma

Firefighters have contained several grass fires Thursday afternoon in Oklahoma.

Firefighters have contained several grass fires Thursday afternoon in Oklahoma.

A grass fire burned at S.E. 74th and Pottawatomie Road near Harrah. The fire threatened at least one home but firefighters were able to save it.

Firefighters also put out a grass fire near Highway 177 and Highway 62 in Lincoln County. 177 was closed south of US Highway 62, but was reopened just after 4 p.m. Thursday.

No injuries or structure damage is reported.
