For the second consecutive season, Oklahoma State's Tiffany Bias was named an honorable mention All-American by the Associated Press it was announced today.
The distinction adds to a growing list of honors for the senior. Last week, Bias was named an All-Region 5 pick and was previously named a unanimous All-Big 12 selection as well as the school's first ever Big 12 All-Defensive Team pick. She also appeared on the finalist list for the Nancy Lieberman Award as well as watch lists for the Naismith Trophy and the Wade Trophy.
The Andover, Kan., native directed OSU to a 25-9 mark and the school's third NCAA Sweet 16 appearance during her final campaign.
Bias finished the year 10th in the Big 12 in scoring at 13.9 points per game, second in assists at 6.2 per contest, second in steals with 2.1 per game, fifth in assist-turnover ratio and first among conference players with her 36.5 minutes played per outing.
The 5-6 point guard's recognition marks the sixth time a Cowgirl has been honored by the AP.
