The United States Geological Survey reported three earthquakes near Guthrie on Sunday.
The first quake, a 3.8 magnitude, shook Logan and Oklahoma county residents around 11 a.m. Sunday. The USGS said the earthquake was located seven miles southwest of Guthrie, eight miles north of Edmond. The depth was reported at just over three miles deep.
The second was recorded around 11:23 a.m. as a 2.9 magnitude tremor located in the exact same location as the first and with the same depth.

A third earthquake struck just after 3 p.m. six miles south southwest of Guthrie at a depth of three miles. The USGS recorded this quake as a 3.7 magnitude.
There are no reports of any injuries or damage associated with any of Sunday's earthquakes at this time.
According to the USGS, earthquakes with magnitudes ranging from 2.5 to 3.0 are generally the smallest ones felt by humans. Damage is more likely from quakes at a 4.0 magnitude and higher.
