Tulsa police have arrested a suspected involved in a shooting on Sunday, April 13, 2014.

Police said an investigation into the suspect's car and video evidence eventually led to the arrest of 17-year-old Jean Paul Rogers.

Officers say Rogers shot a man in the 4100 block of South Garnett after a drug deal that went bad, then drove away from the scene.

Police later found Rogers' car, unoccupied, the same day as the shooting.

Officers say Mingo Valley Patrol Officers and homicide detectives were called in to interview the 17-year-old suspect. They say the investigation into the car and video evidence eventually led to the arrest.

Police say Rogers was arrested for shooting with intent to kill and is in the process of being booked.
