Tulsa police tracked down one of their most wanted to North Tulsa. Officers say David McCollough was involved in a burglary Friday afternoon.

They say he sped off in a stolen truck. Then, police chased McCollough to North Tulsa where officers swarmed the neighborhood.

Police say McCollough found a hiding spot behind some trees in a nearby field, but K-9 officer sniffed him out. He was bitten on the leg before officers swooped in.

Corporal Andrew Mackenzie, with the Tulsa Police, said, "We took him into custody. We're going to go ahead and take him to the hospital, make sure he's okay medically before he's booked in."

Officers say McCollough has multiple felony warrants and is wanted in a number of burglaries in the area.

He's a familiar face to many of the officers on the chase. One of them told us this is the second time he's helped arrest McCollough in the past three months.
