The City of Broken Arrow is holding an online auction for its surplus equipment beginning Friday at 4 p.m. The auction runs for 10 days, through May 19.

Bargain hunters can bid on used cars, utility trucks, generators, power washers, exercise equipment, electronics and more. The equipment has been declared surplus by the city but has plenty of life in it for other uses.

Proceeds from the sale will go into the city's general fund and the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority funds, depending on its source funding.

Prospective buyers can view the items in person before placing a bid. Instructions for scheduling an appointment will be on the item's detailed information on the auction website.

Winning bidders must claim their items at the City's warehouse, 1700 West Detroit.
