Two men relieving themselves behind a Tulsa store lead to a drug bust according to Tulsa Police.

Officers said their helicopter spotted a BMW behind the Walmart Neighborhood Market in the 4700 block of East 21st Street at about 2 a.m.

Officers said the helicopter began following the car. The car stopped and the driver got out and threw something into the trunk then drove away.

Police officers stopped the BMW near 40th and Vandalia.

A police drug dog located seven to eight grams of marijuana in a fruit jar and a scale in the trunk.

Police arrested the driver, Julio Ordorica, 27. Officers said the questioned and released an unidentified passenger.

Officers said the men told police they had gone behind the Walmart take a bathroom break. That is when the helicopter spotted the car.

Police booked Ordorica into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of possession of marijuana, driving under suspension and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jail records show he was being held in lieu of $5,750 bond with a court appearance set for May 22, 2014.
