TULSA, Oklahoma -

The Tulsa Day Center for the Homeless is gearing up for the eighth annual Home Run for the Homeless. It's a softball game matching up some Tulsa TV and radio personalities, and it's all for a good cause.

It starts at 7 p.m. Thursday, and Charlie Hannema from News On 6 will participate.

It's the eighth year that this event has taken place at ONEOK Field. All tickets and raffle ticket sales go directly to the day center.

There will be splash pads and inflatables for kids.
