The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a 51-year-old Catoosa woman was flown to a Tulsa hospital after being hit by a four-wheel drive off-road vehicle at Rocklahoma in Mayes County late Thursday.

Troopers said the incident occurred on the festival grounds north of Pryor at about 10:30 p.m.

The OHP says Michah Love-Staires was walking on an asphalt path when a 2011 Polaris UTV driven by Travis Linzy, 40, of Collinsville struck her.

The victim was admitted in fair condition to the hospital with arm and leg injuries.

Troopers said Linzy was cited for driving at an unsafe speed at the time of the crash.
