Ingredients:
2 pounds ground turkey meat
1 green apple, peeled and diced
1/2 Vidalia onion, diced
2 ribs celery, diced
Olive oil
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 jalapeño, diced (optional)
1/4 cup Major Grey Chutney
1 package King Hawaiian Hamburger Buns
Lettuce, Tomato and Red Onion
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan sauté the apple, onion and celery with a drizzle of olive oil until tender. Remove sautéed veggies and apple and pour them into a medium sized bowl. Allow this to cool. Add the ground turkey, chutney, garlic salt, pepper, and jalapeño. Mix together with your hands and then form into 6 patties. BIG TIP: Place patties in the fridge for at least a couple of hours to set up. Or they will fall apart on your grill. Grill till cooked through and serve on King Hawaiian hamburger buns.
