The National Weather Service has issued a Flash Flood Watch for the region through Sunday. Counties included in the watch are Chautauqua and Montgomery in southeast Kansas and Adair, Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington counties in northeast Oklahoma.

The NWS has also issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until noon for Cherokee, Craig, Creek, Delaware, Mayes, Muskogee, Nowata, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Rogers, Sequoyah, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington counties in Oklahoma.
