CADDO COUNTY, Oklahoma -

Three former jailers at the Caddo County Detention Center are facing felony charges for allegedly smuggling in contraband.

A joint investigation by the Caddo County Sheriff and the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation revealed Stephanie Laffoon, 28, Lawrence Pahcoddy, 31, Levi Wall, 25 allegedly operated a criminal enterprise by exchanging contraband for cash with inmates.

The Caddo County Jail Administrator and Caddo County Sheriff did not return calls to News 9 about the alleged corruption inside the facility.

According to court records, "tobacco, marijuana, and methamphetamine," were among several items smuggled and sold inside the jail in 2013.

Inmates would allegedly pay the jailers in what's referred to as the Green Dot system, a process of transferring money from one prepaid debit card to another.

In Laffoon's case, she allegedly said, "she would do anything for money," and accepted $1300 from an inmate to bring in 3 shipments of drugs to the jail.

The other two, Pahcoddy and Wall are also accused of making deals with inmates. The deals included opening cell doors between the male and female cells so the inmate could have sex in exchange for payments between $50 and $100.

Court records show Wall and Pahcoddy have been arrested. Both have posted bond. Authorities say there is an active warrant for Laffoon's arrest.

Attorneys for the suspects did not return calls to News 9 as of Tuesday night.

The Caddo County District Attorney Jason Hicks declined to comment on the pending case.
