Bartlesville Police Investigate Sexual Assault At City Library

The Bartlesville Police Department is looking for man involved in a sexual assault at the city's library on June 19, 2014.

The Bartlesville Police Department is looking for man involved in a sexual assault at the city's library on June 19, 2014.

Police Captain Jay Hastings says a woman leaving a restroom was approached by the man in the library lobby.

Hastings says the victim claimed the man shook her hands while talking with her, pulled her close, whispered in her ear and groped her on the buttocks.

Police released library surveillance photos of the man. Hastings said he was last seen driving away from the library in the 600 block of South Johnstone in a blue 2000 Chevrolet pickup truck or similar model.
