Driver Arrested For DUI After Knocking Down Tulsa Traffic Sign

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol arrested a Tulsa woman on a DUI complaint after a crash on I-244 early Wednesday.

Troopers said Kimberly Harmon, 39, was east on the Interstate highway when she took the Mingo exit and collided with an exit sign just after 4:15 a.m. The crash left metal debris on the highway.

The OHP said several eastbound vehicles ran over the debris resulting in flat tires.

Harmon admitted to troopers she had been drinking prior to the crash. She was booked into the Tulsa County jail.

The OHP says Kimberly Harmon was not injured in the crash.
