TULSA, Okla. (AP) - Democratic gubernatorial nominee Rep. Joe Dorman says he'll deliver a major policy speech on education Thursday in Tulsa.
The Rush Springs lawmaker says he will present a "detailed, forward-looking proposal to fix the public education system."
Dorman will make his speech at Turner Park.
Dorman faces Republican Gov. Mary Fallin- who is seeking a second term in office - in November's general election.
Fallin has never lost an election during her 25-year political career in Oklahoma that began in the Oklahoma House and included stints as lieutenant governor and in Congress.
