One man is dead and two other people, including a boy, were injured after an early morning collision in Osage County, Wednesday.

Officials said a GMC pickup failed to stop at a stop sign and broadsided a 2013 Chevrolet E25 van near 52nd West Avenue and Rock School Road about five miles south of Skiatook.

They said the van rolled onto its top and ejected the driver about 20 feet.

The report said Thomas Blair, 35 from Wagoner, was driving the van and pronounced dead at the scene. Luis Dominguez-Vargas, 45, and an unnamed juvenile were in the pickup and pinned for about ten minutes after the crash.

Officials said both Dominguez-Vargas and the juvenile suffered head injuries after the crash. Both were transported to a Tulsa hospital where Dominguez-Vargas was treated and released and the juvenile is in critical condition.

According to the report both Dominguez-Vargas and the juvenile were wearing their seatbelts, but the report said Blair was not.

They said the crash is still under investigation.
