According to police, officers responded to the incident at about 7:30 p.m. at the bus station, located at N.W. 4th and Hudson.

The victim told police that he saw the suspect, 46-year-old Phillip Hall, give money to another man. Hall reportedly then came over to the victim, pulled out a knife and started threatening the victim.
