Cooler Temperatures Return To Oklahoma Wednesday

The summer heat is still with us, but not for much longer!

Highs today will heat up quickly. Expect most of the viewing area to reach 100°. That includes the Oklahoma City metro, which would make it the first 100° day all year!

A few showers may show up on Sunday as a weak front moves through the state. Much cooler temperatures show up Wednesday as a strong front moves through. Rain and storms look likely on Wednesday and Thursday morning. One to three inches will be possible across the viewing area.

Just hold out for a bit longer. Relief is on the way!
