The Adair County Sheriff’s Office says man wanted for the murder of his father-in-law is in jail after he was arrested at his mother’s home in Cherokee City, Arkansas late Wednesday.

The sheriff's office said Manken was arrested by U.S. Marshals and Benton County Sheriff’s deputies at the home of Dianne Nunley.

Nunley is Manken's mother and they say she was arrested July 28, 2014 for hindering apprehension of James Manken.

Wennerholm’s daughter, Janice Manken was arrested on a complaint of being an accessory to her father’s murder by Adair County deputies shortly after his death.

The sheriff’s office had been searching for James Manken in Adair County in Oklahoma, southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas since mid-July.
