American Eagle Flight Diverted To Tulsa For Mechanical Issue

An American Eagle flight carrying 48 passengers and three crew members on board made an unscheduled stop in Tulsa on Saturday afternoon.

Flight 3578 was en route to Des Moines from Dallas when a mechanical issue forced it to land in Tulsa about 1 p.m., a spokesperson said.

The plane landed safely in Tulsa and according to the American Airlines, the flight should leave from Tulsa to Des Moines around 5 p.m.
