Walmart Hiring 95 Jobs For New Broken Arrow Neighborhood Market

Walmart is hiring up to 95 jobs to work at the new Neighborhood Market scheduled to open in Broken Arrow this fall.

A temporary hiring center is open at 1141 South Aspen Avenue where applications are accepted Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 1 p.m., a news release says.

Store manager Lynna Rupe said the store is hiring for both full-time and part-time positions.

According to the release Walmart provides benefits to eligible full-time and part-time employees including a variety of health and well-being benefits, matching 401(k), discounts on general merchandise, an Associate Stock Purchase Program and company-pail life insurance.

Walmart is also offering jobs to any military veteran that meets their hiring criteria through their Veterans Welcome Home Commitment.

In addition to the hiring center, interested applicants can apply online.

The majority of new associates will begin in October to help prepare the store for its grand opening, the release says.
