TULSA, Oklahoma -

Tulsa Police arrested a Canadian man visiting Tulsa for his son's bout in the UFC Fight Night at the BOK Center Saturday night.

James "Lee" Mein was taken into custody Friday afternoon after a hotel maid reported he had groped her in his hotel room. He was booked on a complaint of felony sexual battery.

Police say Mein was staying in the Hyatt Regency Hotel at 100 East 2nd Street when the 34-year-old victim knocked on his door, asking him if he needed clean towels. While she was putting the towels in the bathroom, Mein reportedly told her she was gorgeous, according to the arresting officer.

"The victim stated that she told the defendant that he was as well," the arrest report states.

Mein motioned for the woman to come to him, and she said she did so because he had his hand in his pocket, and she thought he would give her a tip. Police say that's when Mein kissed her and grabbed her breast over her clothing. He also reportedly tried to put his hand down her pants.

The woman said she told the defendant "no" several times then walked out of the room.

A co-worker who remained outside the room but was working with the maid told officers he first heard her giggle then heard her say "no."

The witness told officers the woman was upset when she left the hotel room and told him Mein had kissed her and grabbed her breast.

Mein told officers he thought the maid was attractive but denied kissing her or groping her. He also denied that she said "no," the report states.

News On 6 Sports says Mein has been banned from attending his son's fight at the BOK Center Saturday night.

Mein has been released on bond.
