Ingredients:
1 Pound of Sliced Brisket
1 Large White Onion
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Red Bell Pepper
2 Table Spoons of Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Joe's Original BBQ Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
· Slice Onions and Peppers into strips ¼ “ wide
· Preheat large nonstick skillet
· Add Olive oil to skillet
· Add Onions and Peppers to skillet and sauté
· Sprinkle Joe's Original BBQ Seasoning over
· When Onions and Peppers just begin to get soft add Brisket to skillet
· Continue to sauté the Fajitas until vegetables are soft and beef is hot.
· Remove from heat and serve with flour tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, cheese and sides. Joe recommends Black Beans and Rice
