It's no secret. There are bad bosses out there. Odds are you have probably worked for one or even two. But we're here to help you avoid those bad bosses.

We have all been there. The first few weeks of a new job are great. It's the honeymoon phase. But then you get a real grasp of how things work after a few weeks.

An article on LinkedIn.com has five questions you should ask during the interview process.

First, ask yourself, how do other employees seem when you come in? The article says if workers avoid eye-contact, or seem dis-engaged that's your first sign bad management could be at play.

Also, keep an ear out to see if the supervisor has anything negative to say about former employees.

A boss who speaks negatively might have unrealistic standards or may be willing to throw others under the bus.

It's also a red flag if your future boss becomes distracted during the interview. If they're paying too much attention to e-mail or phone calls, it could be a sign they lack focus.

It might not hurt to look up the company online. Searching could help you understand if it will be a rewarding place to work. Remember, one google search can save you a lot of headaches.

This one might be the hardest to gather up the courage to do. Just come out and ask what type of boss they are.

Recent surveys show 75 percent of employees say their boss is the worst part of their job.
