Here is a look at some key numbers coming out of Oklahoma State's 40-23 victory against Missouri State:

3 – Oklahoma State blocked not one, not two but three kicks against Missouri State. And the Cowboys mixed them up to make it even more interesting, as OSU became just the second team in NCAA history to block a field goal, a punt and an extra point in the same game.

5 – The number of years it had been since Daxx Garman last played in a meaningful game at quarterback during his junior year of high school. Garman completed 16-of-26 passes on the day for 244 yards and two touchdowns.

87 – The 87-yard touchdown connection from Garman to receiver Brandon Sheperd was the second-longest pass play in OSU history.

101 – Tyreek Hill showed off his speed again on Saturday but it wasn't the coming out party many expected against an FCS opponent. Hill had eight carries for 62 yards on 7.8 yards per carry, had one reception for two yards and added a 37-yard punt return to finish with 101 all-purpose yards on the day. He had

2 – Missed field goals from sophomore Ben Grogan, coming on attempts from 51 and 46 yards in the first half. But he did manage to bounce back, connecting on three straight to finish out the game. He hit 4-of-6 attempts on the day.

32 – The number of victories for the Cowboys in their past 36 games against nonconference foes. OSU is also 21-1 in nonconference home games under Mike Gundy.

51,562 – The attendance at today's home opener. It was the smallest crowd at Boone Pickens Stadium since Bedlam in 2010 when you had to have a season ticket to get in the door.

54.3 – OSU's percentage of returning letterman, which is the fewest in the country. As a direct result, nine true freshmen and seven redshirt freshmen played for the Cowboys on Saturday.

28 – Missouri State freshman running back Calan Crowder, who wears No. 28, ran for 49 yards on 7.0 yards per carry and bulldozed his way in for a one-yard touchdown in the third quarter. Crowder is from Bartlesville, Okla.

20 – After OSU built a 37-6 lead, the defense seemed to mentally check out, allowing MSU to score 20 of the game's final 23 points.

54 – The number of consecutive games OSU has scored 20 points or more. The streak leads the nation and is creeping closer to USC's NCAA record of 63 straight from 2002-06.
