Tulsa police are searching for a man who assaulted and attempted to rob another outside a Tulsa club. He also had an accomplice, police say..
According to officers, the attempted robbery took place on Monday about 9:30 p.m. at Night Trips near 40th and Sheridan.
The victim told police he was walking out of the building when he was approached and hit in the face by someone. When he fell to the ground, the man told him “give me your money,” according to a news release.
The victim was able to get to his feet and run away from the suspect, but he was reportedly chased by a second man. The two men drove away in a dark-colored, older model (1996-2002) Ford Explorer before officers arrived, TPD said.
Video surveillance captured the men and three additional people entering the club prior to the attempted robbery.

Police say the man who committed the assault is a black man between 20-30 years old, and he was wearing a blue and red ball cap, orange shirt and dark-colored long shorts at the time of the incident. The second man is described as Hispanic or white, between 20-30 years old, and he was wearing a dark shirt and dark long shorts with dragons on the back.
