A Tulsa call center needs to hire hundreds of people. Alorica needs to fill 500 jobs thanks to a new seasonal client.

Alorica has several hundred seasonal jobs as well as permanent positions available, and Alicia Kindle applied in hopes to fill one of those positions.

"The reason why I would like to work for this company is because I feel like it had advancement opportunities, great place to work, the environment is an excellent place,” she said.

Kindle came to Alorica's contact center in the old Eastland Mall to apply online and was immediately interviewed for a position.

"The application process was extremely quick, easy, hassle free,” she said.

Alorica said all applicants are guaranteed an interview regardless of their experience or educational background.

Alorica is a customer management outsourcing service for businesses around the world.

The open positions range from customer service representatives to support and management jobs.

Alorica representative, Lee Taylor said, "All you have to do is go online and fill out an application. We have six to seven recruiters online that are ready to start taking phone call right now and getting people in."

You can go to Alorica any day this week between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. or you can apply online.

Those who are hired will get paid training starting October 20th.
