Tulsa Woman Convicted Of Murder, Sentenced To Life

A jury convicted a Tulsa woman of murder and recommended Chiquita Bulger be sentenced to life in prison - with the possibility of parole.

Prosecutors say Bulger shot another woman, Emily Clark, in the head at an apartment complex near Admiral and Highway 169 in February, 2013.

A witness who lived in the apartment told police she was in the hallway and heard the gun shot. According to the arrest report, the witness told police she walked into the front room and saw someone taking a gun away from Bulger.

She told police Bulger said the victim had "snitched."

Clark was a 22-year-old woman who had moved to Tulsa from Neosho, Missouri.
