TU Names New VP, Dean Of College Of Health Sciences

The University of Tulsa has selected Dr. Gerard Clancy as vice president and dean of the new College of Health Sciences.

The new college will bring together several existing programs, including nursing, pre-med, athletic training, and more.

Clancy has served as President of the University of Oklahoma-Tulsa for the past eight years.

In a statement he said, "My new role at The University of Tulsa will allow me to focus on the calling to which I am most dedicated: Educating world-class medical experts who will put our city and our state on a new path to overall wellness."

Clancy will start January 1st.
