A viewer's tip led Tulsa Police to a woman suspected of stealing two children's Halloween costumes off their front porch last month.

Police identify the suspect as Christy Gossett, 45, of Tulsa. Officers arrested her Tuesday afternoon near 51st and South Delaware. She's charged with one count of petty larceny.

A couple who lives near 71st and Yale had ordered a Robin Hood costume for their nine-year-old son and a Black Widow costume for their seven-year-old daughter.

They knew the package had been delivered on October 23rd at 3:11 p.m. Their surveillance video showed a woman in a yellow pickup driving up minutes later, grabbing the package and leaving.

After News On 6 crime reporter Lori Fullbright filed a story about the theft on Halloween day, a viewer contacted Tulsa Police's Riverside Division with a name and address of the suspect.

Officers arrested her without incident and booked her into the Tulsa County Jail Tuesday afternoon.

Gossett has a history of shoplifting and petty larceny convictions in Tulsa County.
