If you are flying out of Tulsa International Airport Wednesday, the FAA says to keep in mind there are already a number of delays thanks to winter weather in the northeast part of the country.

The FAA has a website with a current map with up to date information on airport delays and weather related information.

Rain and heavy snow are expected to affect flights headed to and from Boston, Newark, and Philadelphia by this evening.

Tulsa International Airport advises passengers to call your airline before you leave for the airport to see if your flight is leaving on time.

You can also check online to see if there are delays impacting Tulsa.

TIA says holiday travelers need to arrive about 90 minutes before departure time.
