Family and friends held a memorial service Tuesday morning at the Nowata High School gymnasium for 3 family members killed in a wreck more than a week ago.

The three family members, Kevin Smith, 59, Maria Smith, 49, and their 13-year-old son Leigh Smith were among five people killed in a head-on crash on Highway 169 south of Nowata on November 22, 2014.

Their 15-year-old son, Ronald Davis remains in critical condition in a Tulsa hospital.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 35-year-old Micah Walker was driving north on Highway 169 when he went left of center and hit the family's car. He and his passenger, 34-year-old Calvin Wyckoff died at the crash scene.
