Suspect Named In Owasso Armed Carjacking

OWASSO, Oklahoma -

Owasso police said they know who's behind an armed carjacking over the weekend.

Levi Luginbyhl was named a suspect in the crime Tuesday. He's accused of stealing a black 2008 Cadillac Escalade from an Owasso man's driveway Sunday.

When the man tried to stop the suspect, he said he showed a gun.

According to the victim, Jeff Eshelman, “He asked me for my keys, kept backing up he said, ‘This isn't anything to get shot over.'”

The Escalade hasn't been found.

According to records, Luginbyhl has a previous record of two felony counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle and second degree burglary.
