Tulsa police need help finding a 19-year-old sexual assault suspect. Joshwah Aron Moore will be held on a $40,000 bond when captured.

Police say the victim confronted Moore over using her mother's credit card. They got into a fight, and Moore threatened her with a knife, according to court documents.

Records show he told her he could kill her in 27 different ways then sexually assaulted her. Moore reportedly admitted to threatening the woman to "strike fear" in her but claimed the sexual contact was consensual.

Police say the victim had bruising, cuts and an abrasion.

Moore is wanted for forcible sodomy, domestic assault with a dangerous weapon and domestic assault and battery.
